An inspector appointed by the provincial government may examine, inspect and search any place where any medicine is produced, quality, stored, sold, distributed or transported.
(2) Inspector appointed according to sub-section (1) during the inspection, if it is found that the medicine is not public safe, effective and quality, or if it is found to be sold and distributed contrary to this Act, he shall give a report to the manager.
(3) After receiving the report according to sub-section (2), if there is a case to be prosecuted according to this Act, the manager shall send the case in writing to the investigating officer.
